What is the Future Force Apprentice and Graduate Programme?
We partner with your business to understand their needs in an Apprentice or Graduate role, by conducting a skills gap analysis. From there we look across our training providers programmes to find the course that matches the business needs. We then match the best Apprentice or Graduate for the business.
Alongside this, we ensure the business has the right policies in place to fulfil the training providers requirements, as well as applying for apprenticeship levy or funding for the business.
We then look after the Apprentice or Graduate through their lifecycle with your business; running networking, training and coaching sessions for the Apprentice or Graduate. As well as offering coaching for the in-house mentor to your trainee.
How does the matching process work?
We work with businesses, predominantly SME and micro businesses, to understand their needs and then match them with apprentices and graduates whose skills, interests and ambitions align with these opportunities.
What industries does Future Force work with?
We partner with a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, engineering, technology, finance, marketing and more. The opportunities available depend on our current employer partners. Our goal is to find the right talent for your specific sector and company requirements.

Will I loose a day’s work a week from my apprentice while they are getting their training?
Some of our training providers will give you an apprentice for the day, while they have your apprentice. Meaning you do not loose out on productive hours.
Graduates will be on a placement scheme running from September to August, they do not typically have training days during this time so you would not loose regular time to their University.
