Basecamp:
Foundations of the Workplace
Course Overview
The Future Force Basecamp program focuses on essential employability skills, professional behaviour, and workplace readiness. Learners develop confidence, communication skills, resilience, emotional intelligence, an understanding of workplace expectations and much more.
Who It's For
Basecamp is designed for those who have never held a job in a workplace, those in their first two to three years in the workplace, or anyone about to return after a career break.

Future Leaders
Course Overview
The Future Force Trailblazer program is designed to guide individuals who are ready to progress into leadership or supervisory roles for the first time. It builds on existing workplace experience, developing confidence, leadership, and communication skills.
Who It's For
Trailblazer is ideal for employees or aspiring professionals who have some workplace experience and are looking to develop their leadership, management, and interpersonal skills, to take the next step in their career.
Course Delivery
Both courses run for a minimum of 6 weeks, delivered 1 day per week. However, we can also run tailored session for business wanting to enrol groups, fully adaptable to suit your needs.
Each week focuses on developing key professional, digital, and communication skills through interactive workshops, practical projects, and guided reflection.
